CT Cluster: New Years Cheers Clusters

Good Afternoon All! Today, I am here to share a new cluster Pack that
I made using Honored Scraps' New Years Cheers Scrap Kit.

This kit is filled with Festive New Year's Elements in the 
classic Black, Silver, Gold hues.
